Mounting Instructions - Heat Activated Board

Warm up your press to 160 degrees. Place heat activated foaboard adhesive-side up, with artwork on top, facing upward. Use a sheet of release paper on top of the artwork. Allow 30-45 seconds on mechanical heat press, 3-5 minutes on vacuum heat press, and manufacturers suggested method for roller heat press mounting. The above items are slip sheeted to avoid blocking.

Gatorfoam, Fome-Cor, Standard Posterboard, and Solid White Board are also available with heat activated coatings on their surfaces or pressure sensitive coatings.

For Heat Laminating Press, heat to 190 degrees at slowest roll speed.
