Hello,
 I want to give your company a big THANK YOU for filling my order on short
notice and helping to get my photo foam board order delivered in time! Nine
days before my son's wedding I was talking with the bride and she and her
family were sad that her brother, Justin, who is an Army soldier, could not
attend the wedding since he was deployed in Afghanistan. We came up with
the idea to get a life size photo board of him and have him "attend" the
wedding.  I did an on-line search that day and found your site. I submitted
the order on Thursday afternoon for a rush delivery for the next week.
After placing the order, I was surprised to get a phone call from a very
nice lady who helped me with my order and shipping choices. The photo foam
board arrived the following Wednesday safe and sound, in time for the
Saturday wedding. The bride's brother "Justin" was able to stand as a
groomsman during an outdoor wedding (on a hot and slightly windy day). The
actual Justin was "Skyped" in so he was able to see and hear the ceremony.
 The foam board held up great during the outdoor wedding and the reception.
Many people danced with him and he showed up in a lot of different
photographs. "Justin" even caught the garter! (See photo :) This additional touch made a huge difference to the bride's family and it
was greatly appreciated.

Just one more time – THANK YOU!!! The stand-up people arrived in Manchester NH safe and sound and on Monday! (if anything so well packed that there were two of us with scissors and knives trying to get through the tape!!). They were a huge hit and lots of people took down your company info from the back of their heads!! We used our people (personas) as part of a workshop to design a user experience for a new online learning program. Each persona had a group and I can safely say they bonded.
 We had a little “fun” activity where the teams got up and sang a song with their persona – the workshop picture shows Ziva, the answer provider, with her team singing “Girls Just Want to Have Fun.” My daughter (on the far right) the newly graduated music major led the karaoke.
 The other picture shows Samson – no matter what we did or said to him he just never looked up from that stupid cell phone.
Also – I scared a whole lot of the hotel staff when they walked in at night to find all those guys standing there in the dark!!
Anyway – tremendous work. Your contribution to our workshop was very meaningful. It was worth every cent and your level of customer service went above and beyond. Thank you so much.
